Working with a Sales Representative

By selecting a real estate professional you are hiring someone who can assist you in identifying and prioritizing your needs and match these against a selection of affordable and marketable properties. Any offer (agreement of purchase and sale) is a legal document and requires attention to detail. We will assist you in putting  together an offer that meets your requirements while protecting your interests. Lastly we can assist you with other related tasks that may come into play; e.g. house inspection, survey certificate, legal fees and disbursements, insurance etc.

Pre-qualifying for a Mortgage

If mortgage financing is part of your plan I can introduce you to lenders who can provide you with all the information you need to pre-qualify for a mortgage at the best possible rate. This along with your down payment establishes your housing affordability that in turn can be applied to available properties on the market.

Provide a preliminary list of properties

As an authorized licensed real estate professional I can access the MLS system to provide you with a preliminary list of properties that meet your requirements and match your financial plan. I will help you narrow down your options using a very unique process: Have you ever noticed when you enter certain homes they feel "right" while others leave you uncomfortable for inexplicable reasons. Often this is related to unseen environmental factors, the ability of energy to flow with ease and overall balance and harmony. I use my background in Interior Decorating and Feng Shui to help you identify those properties that exhibit high positive energy and good potential for providing you and your family with the prosperity you are seeking. Completing the "Offer"

  • Once a "short list" has been assembled (as described above) we will provide you with a CMA (comparative market analysis) to determine fair asking price.
  • We will work with the listing agents to set up convenient viewing schedules for you. During the viewing process i can assist you with "narrowing down" your choices as described above.
  • We will then act as your agent in presenting offers, negotiating on your behalf and providing you with all appropriate feedback and adjustments.
